Anima Help and Support Sessions
Our online consultation platform, Anima, enables patients to make non-urgent medical or administrative requests without needing to call the surgery.
To access Anima, patients need to create a free account.
We understand that some patients may need support to set up their accounts and feel confident using the platform. Therefore, we are hosting help and support sessions to assist our registered patients.
These sessions are open to all patients, whether you are new to online services or simply want to learn how to utilise these features more effectively.
Sessions will be held at Whittlesey Library, Market Street, Whittlesey, PE7 1BA on the following dates:
- Monday 2 September 2024 – 12pm to 2pm
- Friday 6 September 2024 – 2pm to 4pm
- Monday 9 September 2024 – 12pm to 2pm
- Monday 23 September 2024 - 2.30pm to 4.30pm
- Wednesday 25 September 2024 – 9.30am to 11.30am
If you would like to attend one of these sessions, please register your interest by calling 01733 204 611 and leaving your name, contact number, and preferred date.
