Healthy Habits Healthy Lives
Healthy Habits, Healthy Lives is a FREE 12-week programme, run by Peterborough United Foundation that consists of lifestyle advice and physical activity sessions.
These sessions are available to adults aged 55+ who are presently inactive and seeking to embrace a healthier way of life. This programme is well-suited for individuals managing diabetes or those with a family history of heart disease.
The next cohort begins on Thursday 21st November and will take place every Thursday for 12 weeks at Orton Wistow Community Centre, PE2 6XN. (Note – there will be no sessions on 26 December or 2 January).
